At Concord Insight, we practice holistic counseling and psychotherapy, which means that we explore with you how your life is going on all levels: biological, behavioral, emotional, relational, mental, and spiritual.  We help you to relax and allow your mind to calm, to encourage present-moment awareness of your thoughts and feelings.  We listen carefully and without judgment so we can get an idea of what's holding you back.  Stress, anxiety, pain and sadness start to lessen and health and happiness begin to find you again.

We believe that all people have within their hearts and minds a higher self, or inner wisdom, that knows what they truly want and need.  We help you to reconnect with this higher energy.  When you are ready to make specific changes, we work actively with you to define and start working toward your goals.  We often use concepts based on the Law of Attraction, Creative Visualization, Intentional Living, and Mindfulness.
